ROSÈ SPUMANTE MARTINOTTI

Canella Rosè is made from 100% Pinot Nero grapes from Alto Adige. Traditionally made as a Rosè using the Martinotti method. The wine rests on its lees for six months and has 8 g/L of residual sugar. Classically pink and aromatic, typical of its long vinification.

In the glass

The flavor is dry and bold and shows just the right amount of tannins. These characteristics make Canella Rosè ideal for fish – even raw, like sushi. Sweet and sour or spicy dishes are also excellent choices.
