Canella Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry Millesimato is made from 100% Glera grapes, cultivated in the hills of Valdobbiadene. This sparkling wine is made using the Charmat method and is the result of the best grape selection of the vintage. The Extra Dry has 15 g/L of sugar and is Canella’s “classic” version. It is an excellent choice for aperitif or for subtle fish dishes.
